Drinking water is not always easy, RIGHT?
It has always been difficult for me, to drink gallons of water a day, for so many reasons, and one of them is my laziness 🙂
A QUICK TIP: Each one of us has a different amounts of water to ingest, depending on our weight. For example: who weighs 50kg (which is not my case LOL), multiply this value by 35ml. In this case, this person (who is still not me) should drink at least 1.7 L of water daily. Of course, it is not always possible to drink this whole amount, but I have tips that help me daily to ingest more liquids.
Grab a sheet and pen and take some notes:
Drink 1 glass of water, as soon as you wake up and fasting – This will help you early in the morning to wake up more willingly and regulate your digestive system.
Always walk with a bottle of water or those fancy cups that you can take everywhere, so you will be forced to drink only to have to leave the bottle or glass empty somewhere. I became a collector of those cups because they are super practical and you always can replenish when the water ends. You can easily find them in any supermarket like KERO or CANDANDO.
Tip 3 (My Favorite)
If you are lazy just like me to drink only water, add some spices or fruits that you like to add some flavor to your drink. In addition to giving flavor, they help to detox your body. I really love adding some cinnamon powder most of the time, or else I add lemon, orange slices, cucumber or even mint leaves or basil. It’s so delicious and you guys will thank me later 🙂
For those who already know me a little, you know that I love teas. In those days when I am lazy to ingest such 1.5L, I try to drink water and combine with green or caxinde tea. This is a super-practical way to ingest more fluids during my days.
